i'd been waiting for a mindgeek scene to show just how mediocre they can get, and i should have known it would come from reality kings.
we live together was once a legendary girl-girl brand, one of the first "reality" sites which in the mid-2000s featured the same two girls every episode picking up a third, bringing her back home with them, and fucking her brains out. even after that limited concept ran its course, it was still a solid site for a time, when french director greg lansky was shooting fashion-forward scenes in interesting locations. but these days, as one of two girl/girl brands in the reality kings megasite (the other being moms lick teens), it has no real identity: it seems that anything that's not glam enough for twistys, not silly enough for brazzers, not soft enough for babes, not story-centric enough for digital playground, and not about an older/younger pairing, ends up here.
a wide variety of producers shoot for the brand, so it has no coherent visual identity. some we live together scenes look great. some look like this. i don't know who shot this, but i recognize the wide-angle shooting style and forced perspective, and i hate it. even the lighting was poor, so that the whole scene has a dingy, washed-out feel, which is unusual for a mindgeek brand: whatever else their faults, mindgeek scenes usually pop. i also didn't care for the horny camera wandering over the ladies' posteriors in the opening scene: i can look at asses for myself without needing my hand held.
i'm familiar with, if not a big fan of, kimmy granger, but alexa grace is new to me. (kasey miller also appears as the jealous girlfriend kimmy's cheating on with alexa, but that story is so sketchily developed that calling it story is generous.) they were both fine, better at the sex than the acting, and both of the school of porn performance that equates energy with passion. for all i know, they're right. kimmy got to show off her very impressive hip-movement skills during the requisite tribbing section, so her fans should be happy with it.
