as noted previously, i like comedy more than drama, so i should be kindly disposed to a site that only does porn parodies of well-known sitcoms, spending the first five minutes or so establishing a horny version of familiar characters (complete with laugh track), then jumping into sex. well, sure, if it was well-made i might like it.
i've never actually seen the facts of life, so i have no idea how faithful this trio of young ladies is to jo, nat, and blair (plus nina hartley as mrs. garrett, almost catching them halfway through and actually catching them at the end, presumably as a reminder of the premise). it hardly matters, though: once their clothes come off so do the assumed personalities.
the sex is routine and mechanistic, as often happens with threesomes, with frequent awkward position changes; of the three only bunny colby appears to really be getting off. the sitcom-style shooting from one position, familiar from girlsway, does at least work conceptually here, but sitcom sets usually have more visual interest than some cheap plastic blinds. the camera work never rises above adequate, the lighting sometimes dips below adequate, the editing is poor (begrudging extra points for the post-production laugh track and theme song), and the script is practically nonexistent.
i like all three performers and have seen them acquit themselves better in other productions, and hope to do so again. while this was cheerful nonsense, it failed to be entertaining except insofar as it was making a reference: the lowest form of comedy.
