the last time a massage rooms scene came up for review, czech lovita fate was the masseuse; now she plays the client, and serbian cherry kiss is giving her an oil-heavy massage that turns with little fanfare into mutual sex.
the set is exactly the same, as is the mood music and even much of the "massage." what changes is really only the sex, because cherry kiss is a much more inventive and practised lover than the young mia casanova was. this is her third time showing up in these reviews, but it's the first time she's been beautifully photographed: the oil-slick shininess of the premise is lit so precisely from so many angles that both participants positively glow.
the camera kept slipping in and out of focus, but rather than complain about it as i usually would, i'm inclined to accept it as a stylistic choice here: the dancing candles in the background and the shine of the two bodies make it tempting to slip from bokeh to sharp resolution and back again. it was a short scene, made all the shorter by a savage jump in the middle that left who knows how long on the cutting-room floor.
cherry seemingly can't not talk (in english) in her scenes, so there was more verbal interaction than i've seen in any massage rooms scene before; and lovita, apparently inspired by her partner's loquacity, even wrapped up the scene with dialogue nodding toward the premise.
