i have a confession to make: i don't care for young, willowy blondes.
which doesn't mean i have anything against them either: young thin blondes are just as likely to make porn i'm interested in as anyone else. it's just that a scene predicated on the inherent desirability of the blonde nymphet has to get past my inevitable eyeroll and heavy sigh before capturing my attention with vivid personalities, interesting situations, or striking aesthetics.
this doesn't feature any of the above. the exceedingly slight premise (three sorority girls practicing a cheer squabble over choreography, then literally kiss and make up) is an excuse for z-grade acting (only chloe cherry is remotely engaging, perhaps because i've seen her before and know she's a spiegler girl) and once the sex starts it's nothing but moaning and telegraphing position changes until the end. the aesthetic choices are vaguely interesting in that it's all light shades as though to match the three pale naked bodies and golden hair, but it ends up just looking washed-out and indistinct.
i'm always irritated when different cameras capture light so differently that the action looks like it's from two or three different scenes depending on the camera or the angle; any shot that didn't have the blown-out windows in the background actually looked like something i might want to look at, and only made me wish the whole scene was shot to look like that.
and on a technical note, there was seven minutes of dead space at the end of the video i downloaded: just black with the twistys logo, as though to bump it up over half an hour. but i didn't mind the brevity at all.
