ivy lebelle and giselle palmer in “epic lesbian super squirters”
scene title: epic lesbian super squirters
performers: ivy lebelle, giselle palmer
site: lesbianx (xempire)
production credits: mason (dir.)
trailer
the to-camera interview on lesbianx returns! i guess mason was just experimenting, or perhaps making a specific aesthetic choice for the eventual dvd collection, with the previous scenes. regardless, the five minutes or so we get with ivy and giselle talking with mason before the scene starts is immensely helpful in giving me a way into the action once it heats up.
i've mentioned before that i'm not particularly a fan of scenes built around squirting. as i like to say, i believe women, and various performers have gone on record as saying that in squirting scenes the orgasms are mostly genuine but the fluid is mostly urine. far be it from me to say what does or doesn't feel good to release; but i think i have the usual human distaste for waste product (even if it is just water and pedialyte). and even beyond that i'm more interested in spontaneity (or the carefully-crafted simulation of it) and so i'll never be as into a dedicated squirting scene as a regular scene in which squirting happens to take place; it's more interesting when it's a surprise rather than an achievement.
but because ivy and giselle introduced themselves (i know ivy well, but giselle is less familiar to me) and their relationship history in the intro, i could latch onto their genuine connection and boundless appetite for each others' pleasure, and their delighted reactions to the squirting kept me engaged long after the compulsory jets of fluid had ceased to be a novelty. ivy has been in two of my favorite-ever scenes (both with lena paul, the first for lesbianx and the second for we like girls), and seeing how excited and passionate she was about giselle suggests to me that she has a type: busty southern girls.
the visuals of the scene were again ugly, with a yellowish cast to the dull white room and blown-out light from bare windows in the backgroud, but mason's shooting remains as rock-solid as ever, intelligent about where to look and working around some very awkward positions that the performers assumed in the heat of their intense activity. just as the force of ivy's and giselle's personalities helped me to overlook the tedium of the premise, mason's shrewd, mobile lens, expressive of a keen and sympathetic personality itself, helps me overlook the clumsiness and tawdriness of the exhausted gonzo setup.
