scarlett sage and dee williams in “maid for each other: office cleaning”

the second casey calvert/eli cross directorial effort to be posted by girlsway works a lot better for me than the first. part of that is that it's an office setting, and the relationship is employer/employee rather than stepmother/stepdaughter, part of it is that the script is better: more natural and amusing and featuring a seduction rather than just "let's fuck." and finally part of it is also that the directing is better and more fluid.
not that it's terribly distinct from the girlsway mold established by stills by alan. the colors are oversaturated, especially in the reds (a great way to highlight a pale woman's sexual flush, but ugly and cheap otherwise), the establishing shots are shoddy (you don't even know that dee's in the room, or get a sense of its layout or the relative positions between the two actors, until quite late in the intro), and the compositions are sometimes awkward and full of too much empty space.
set against that is some real creativity in capturing action. the sequence in which scarlett is under the table being lured by dee's open legs would never work with alan's standard three-camera setup, and if the shots do revert to that standard once the sex begins in earnest, it's a little suggestion that more creativity in camerawork might be forthcoming.
but what really sold the scene are the performances. scarlett is already a champion girl/girl performer, as any fool knows, but dee williams was a revelation to me. presumably i've been living under a rock, because she's already had a long and estimable career, but the gusto with which she seduces and then has her way with scarlett is magnetic, and due in large part to the delicious things she thinks to say in her throaty murmur. (i did have a moment's pause when i saw the giant celtic cross tattooed on her back, and had to check her twitter account to make sure she's not a crypto-fascist. it doesn't seem so.) as they got deeper into the sex both dee and scarlett ran out of scenario-supporting comments to make, but that can be taken as a sign of just how into it they both were.
there were some technical issues: some garbled sound (i thought my bluetooth headphones were cutting out for a bit), and the signature screaming orgasms that scarlett uses when she's performing blew out the microphones. i'm putting that down to editing, even though there's relatively little the actual editors could have done to salvage the audio.
